on your holiday in the Gourmet Hotel Alpin

Check-in is possible on the day of arrival from 14:00.
Coming here by train? We’ll be happy to pick you up at the train station in Jenbach (notification required).

On the day of departure, we kindly request you to vacate your room by 11 o’clock and to drop off the room key at reception. 


In the evening our hotel guests with half board will be served specialities from the ALPIN-AROMA KITCHEN with a multi-course dinner in the Gourmet Inn. Apart from Austrian treats there are also fine dishes from natural cuisine, vegetarian choices and, of course, also international specialities. 
For dinner we expect you between 17:30 and 20:30.

You have booked only breakfast and would like to dine à la carte in our Gourmet Inn or Gourmet Parlour. Please contact us at reception or reserve a table via our Online-form.

Please contact reception if you require special beds or bedlinen.
If you are on a specific diet or have any food intolerances, please let us know before your stay.

Bathrobes and flip-flops are available for you during your stay at no charge.
You’ll find these in the wardrobe.

You will find a woollen blanket in the wardrobe. If you would like another blanket free of charge, please inform the reception on telephone number 9.

Please hang the provided sign on the outside of your door if you don’t want your room to be cleaned yet or do not want to be disturbed.

As a hotel or à la carte guest you are welcome to use our on-site e-charging station right at the hotel.
Hotel guests will receive a card to use this at reception.
À la carte guests will be charged directly via a QR code.

Look forward to a daily copious and varied gourmet breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00 with home-made jam or honey, muesli corner, fresh fruit, various fresh juices, freshly prepared egg dishes and free-range eggs by the Thumer family (resident in Steinberg) as well as a large selection of home-cooked products and culinary gems from local farmers in our Gourmet Inn.

For insurance purposes we kindly ask you not to leave any valuables, jewellery or cash lying around visibly in your room or vehicle. Please use the safe in your room for this. We shall not be liable for any valuables lost in your room.

We’ll be happy to carry your luggage to your room or back to your car. Please contact our reception. Of course you are also welcome to safely store your luggage at reception after checkout.

A Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance offers not only protection against costs resulting from cancellation or early departure, but also covers the costs for evacuation by helicopter – so that you can enjoy your holiday in Austria optimally protected!

Breakfast: You can enjoy our breakfast buffet from 7:30 to 10:00.

Lunch: Our kitchen will be happy to cook à-la-carte lunch for you between 11:30 and 14:00!*

Evening meal: For the gourmet menu with selections as part of our half board, we expect to between 18:00 and 20:00. Kitchen is open for à la carte-guests from 17:30 to 21:00.

Please use the automatic shoe polisher on the ground floor next to the staircase.
Should you need shoeshine material or somewhere to put your hiking boots, please let us know your requests.

In accordance with the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH 2006) the following cancellation costs can be incurred:

  • Up to 3 months before arrival cancellation is free
  • 3–1 months before arrival 40% of the booking amount
  • 1 month–1 week before arrival 70% of the booking amount
  • In the last week 90% of the booking amount
  • In case of early departure 100% of the booking amount
