Peter Moser aka "Kohler-Farmer" from Achenwald/Achenkirch supplies our lamb meat. Healthy, select mountain and meadow grass ensures the best premium quality of the meat.
Stiedlhof farm run by Andreas Danler in Achenkirch is just a stone’s throw from our Gourmet Hotel Alpin. It doesn’t get much more regional and the milk from the “Danler-farmer” simply tastes better than the homogenized prepacked milk! Furthermore, his yoghurt cultures have provided refreshment for young and old since generations.
The venison comes from hunters from Achental and Bächental valleys. In pristine nature the animals grow up strong and healthy. Crystal-clear streams and fresh air, lush meadows and herbs provide the special flavour of the local venison.
The fish comes freshly caught from Lake Achen as well as from the ducal Kreuth fish farm onto your plate. Clean water of drinking water quality yields not only healthy animals, but also the unmistakable favour of freshly caught fish.
