Restaurant visitors can look forward to an evening full of surprises, as it remains to be seen who will be at the stove that evening. The only certainty is that it won't be the usual chefs, but another top chef from the select circle of award-winning JRE Austria. This year, more than 35 of these outstanding chefs are taking part in a unique exchange in which they swap restaurants throughout Austria. Who cooks where has been drawn by lot and remains a well-kept secret. For gourmets, this promises not only culinary delights, but also a large portion of fun.

On this evening, an impressive 146 Gault Millau toque-awarded top chefs will swap their kitchens. Among the participants are greats such as Gault Millau 5-toque chef Andreas Döllerer (Döllerers Genusswelten) and Lukas Nagl (Bootshaus im Das Traunsee), the Gault Millau Chef of the Year 2023. In addition, depending on the restaurant, renowned winemakers (e.g. STK Winzer, Weingut Bründlmayer, Weingut Bernhard Ott and others) and producers (such as Parmigiano Reggiano and others) will also be represented to round off the culinary experience at JRE CHEF'S ROULETTE with special tastings and presentations.

The ticket price of € 165,- per person includes aperitif, 5-course gourmet menu, wine accompaniment, mineral water and coffee.
